Fantastic support starting with Tanya. We have seen Susanna twice with our dog (Ollie). She has been gentle and compassionate with Ollie, quickly figuring out what is going on. She spent time explaining to us what was happening, with a suggested plan of action. We couldn't of asked for better care for Ollie.
